Pre-approved
Contact a mortgage lender
of your choosing to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan. Your
mortgage lender will analyze your finances to determine your loan amount
eligibility. If you are pre-approved for a
mortgage loan when you come to Alotta Properties, Inc., we can make your
search for your new home quicker and easier. This will also
shorten the time spent waiting for the final closing of your new home.
If you need assistance with a mortgage company, we can link you up with
them to get you pre-approved.

Be Prepared
Be aware that buying a house takes time. Be prepared to spend a
few days shopping for your new home and try to eliminate obstacles or
interruptions that may cause you to rush into a selection decision.
Understand that once you've chosen your new home, it will take a few
weeks to complete the closing process.
