After 20 years of military service, I wanted
to work for myself. As I looked forward
to retiring from the Army and began to plan for life after the military, I
decided to remain in
I
needed a name for my company, so I turned to my son, Nikolas
(the comic of the family) to help me come up with something original and
notable. During a family session of
kicking around some funny names like Bonti/Max, ERB,
and Century 14, Nik said Alotta Properties. It stuck with all of us, and became my
business name. I incorporated in 2002
and have not looked back since.
I want to make a difference in the
lives of my clients and become lifelong friends. I feel I can provide my services in a
personal way that will make the purchasing, selling, and renting of real estate
a more pleasurable experience for each of my clients. So far, I believe I have done just that.
Since retirement, I have had
wonderful success in real estate. My
clients are satisfied and I am satisfied with the service I have been able to
provide them. My success is a direct
reflection of my client base and I will not forget those who have been a part
of my success.
I have continued my education well
beyond that of obtaining a real estate license.
I took all the required education to obtain my Graduate, Realtor
Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Sellers
Agent (CSA) and my Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations, all
are nationally known designations in the real estate. All are designations recognized by the
National Association of Realtors, which I am an active member of.
